Backlit function keys also enable you to easily identify and switch between these functions. For your convenience, Brother also includes the very latest scanning software.

As workgroup demands increase, so too can your memory and paper capacity. Memory is fully upgradeable to 576MB, whilst paper capacity can increase to up to 780 sheets with an additional lower tray. As with all Brother colour laser machines, the MFC-9420CN comes with four individual colour toner cartridges, meaning you only replace a single toner once it is empty, keeping costs low.
